Mercure Lugo Centro Hotel

Galicia, Spain

The Mercure Lugo Centro Hotel, which is the first of the chain in the Galicia region, adopted different constructive solutions, performances and finishes, signed by Vicaima, to be fitted in the rooms and common areas of the development. The products of the company integrate the 89 rooms comprising the property, along with the common spaces, which provide unique amenities. Together, these culminate in an experience designed in detail for guests and visitors.

Electricity House

Bristol, England

Electricity House has stood at the very heart of Bristol City centre since its construction in the late 1930’s and was perhaps best known as the home of the South West Electricity Board. Designed by architect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, who also famously created the much loved red telephone box, this building has commanded attention for generations.

WWF

Woking, United Kingdom

Vicaima was chosen to provide the interior door sets for the World Wildlife Fund Living Planet Centre in Woking, which is also home to the WWF. The centre is at the very forefront of sustainable design and construction, and is one of the greenest buildings in the UK. It is testimony to achieving the reality of living in harmony with nature.

Collège le Marais III

Gimel, Switzerland

Perfectly integrated into the surrounding landscape of Gimel’s city, Switzerland, the Collège le Marais III highlights  minimalism  and functionality. This project was designed by the Magizan architecture studio who prescribed the selection of building elements which guaranteed durability and the easy maintenance of spaces. The school building was equipped with Portaro® fire and acoustic and non-fire solutions. To enhance the luminosity of the environment, the high resistance finish of Dekordor SHD was selected, in oak tone.

Bali Luxury Living

Costa del Mar, Panama

With a sophisticated architectural style, this luxury housing project is situated on the Costa del Mar, Panama, close to nature and the sea. In order to integrate it’s modern and carefully designed interiors, Vicaima doors and frames were selected with customized finish in horizontal walnut real wood veneer plus matt varnish. Options such as apartment entrance doors, portaro®  single leaf embellished with customized frames using panel applications and portaro double leaf, were some of the chosen solutions to guarantee the comfort and elegance desired for the spaces.

Docklands, Medical Centre

London, England

Serving the community of East London, this centre provides high quality medical care from a newly refurbished building. In keeping with these modern facilities, Vicaima laminate and maple veneered fire doors were chosen. Extra wide doors were specified for improved accessibility, together with certified fire performance and easily assembled door kits.

Projeto Altitude Aldgate

London, United Kingdom

This 27 storey landmark skyscraper is located in the City of London. Designed by Hamilton Architects and developed by Barratts, it comprises retail and office space together with 235 private apartments, including luxurious penthouses with panoramic views across the skyline.  Vicaima supplied nearly 2,000 doors to the project among which were Dekordor White foil finish with the added detail, of two satin inlays in a vertical pattern for a contemporary and striking look. All doors were supplied as Vicaima  fire doors, rated to FD30 specification for complete security and performance.
